When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Most shipping partners offer tracking, but it’s not guaranteed in every case.

Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return
Email us at contact@smartwatchstreet.com to start the process. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@smartwatchstreet.com. We’ll assess the issue and issue a refund or replacement if valid. 

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:  

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)  
• Custom or personalized products  
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)  
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases  
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it following the steps above. Once accepted, place a new order for your desired item separately. Buyer pays shipping for the return.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipping to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, expect a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
